Hello, my name is Jerry. I am the owner and operator of Monti Home Improvement and Maintenance LLC. I have been in operation since 2013. Prior to starting this business, I was an electrician for 24 years having 4 years of electrical school and a certificate of completion for the F.E.A.T. program. I worked through the I.B.E.W for about 12 years, working for places like Disney and the Kennedy Space Center.
I then moved on to be an assistant builder and builder for Engle Homes for about a year and a half. After they decided to cease business and close, I went back to working as an electrician for a company.
I decided to start my own handyman business after remodeling my own home when my wife found Pinterest! After seeing my work, a lot of friends and neighbors were asking me to do various jobs for them, and I decided with my combined construction experience and various home repair skills it might be a good time to adventure out on my own. I also wanted to not have to work for other companies that wanted me to work long hours, weekends and some holidays, as you know this happens a lot now days! My family is growing, so having my own business gives me a "LITTLE" more freedom.

We handle flooring, tile, drywall repair, and other handy man tasks. Call and set up an appintment, and I'll let you know wether or not I can or cannot do it.
How do I schedule a job?
Just call or send a text message. If I dont answer please keep in mind that I am working with loud tools and may not hear my phone. So please just leave a message and I will get back to you within 24 hrs and find a time that works for us both. I appericeate the opportunity to work for you.

What is your typical project timeline?
Timelines vary by project size, but we always aim to work efficiently and respect your schedule. Please be mindfull that I work alone, however, I don't take a lunch and I stay steady working all day. I will let you know how long a job will take when I come to look at the job with you. I'm Not slow and I'm not fast I am steady.
